About Insane Ian

Insane Ian is a comedian/writer from Baltimore MD who has been in several bands and enjoys writing third-person bios about himself.

After various comedy "bands" throughout high school and college, Ian found success with friends Mike Stetz and Ben Stahl after parodying the Foreigner hit "Juke Box Hero". The parody, "Guitar Hero" went on to become the #11 Most Requested Song on the Dr. Demento show for 2008.

Since then, II has been hard at work, releasing two EPs, and a full length CD ("n3rds0ngs"). Using the critiques he's received from these releases, his most recent album "The Last Arcade" is due out soon. Many of his songs from these releases have reached the monthly Top 10 countdowns on the Dr. Demento Show, as well as the Mad Music Dementia Top 20 podcast, as heard at http://www.themadmusicarchive.com
