- MARSCON UPDATE: LESS STEVE GOODIE :( , MORE KOBI LACROIX! :)
Unfortunately, Steve Goodie regrets to inform us that he will have to cancel his appearance at MarsCon 2013, because it’s too far a journey to make on Murray the riding mower.
Kobi LaCroix was nominated for a Logan Award this year, so he managed to find a way to make it out to the convention to perform at the Logan Award ceremony! He'll be taking the concert slot vacated by Steve Goodie, so be sure to catch Kobi LaCroix live on the Main Stage on Friday at 9:45 pm!

MarsCon 2013's theme is “Ctrl/Alt/Del... Thriving Into The Future!” So, I drew all the Dementia Track participants as computer-related characters from fandom and pop-culture and arranged them on a T-shirt commemorating the 10TH YEAR of the MarsCon Dementia Track. - NATE BOI SEEKS CRAFTY DEMENTIA FAN TO MAKE ROOM PARTY DECORATIONS
Are you an arts-and-crafts type of person who also loves the genre of comedy music? Well the almighty Nate Boi is throwing a Dementia Radio Room Party at MarsCon 2013, and needs someone to make decorations based on an idea of mine. I want someone to create a timeline of the history of comedy music, with page-sized info sheets about all of the great acts of Dr. Demento Show history, leading all the way to the 21st Century with the FuMP and MarsCon. I have sent my notes on this project to Nate, so all Nate needs now is some eager beaver with time on their hands between now and March 1st to take on the task. So if you're interested in helping out with this neat, fun project, please contact me, and I will put you in touch with Nate Boi.
