The original Karma Jolt is an meaty-beaty industrial dance track and the amazing Hobo Bob turned it in to what you have here, so I guess this qualifies as "meta-funny".
Either version of Karma Jolt is about River City Ransom, possibly the greatest of all NES games, and specifically, the importance of buying energy refills therein.
| Hobo Bob is actually British IDM superstar, KEEF BAKER. Keef's also completed an equally bitchin', albeit dancier, remix of Karma Jolt what appears on the new comp, Resurrection 3, from WTII Records. | ![]() |
| The original - and yet another remix - are available on "Sega Lugosi's Dead", also from WTII. | ![]() |

Not on The FuMP, but you released a "hobo bob mix" on LJ about half a year ago or so. It even hit the DT20 on May 8.

Yeah, this was on LJ forever ago. It is my favorite Gothsicles remix-of track evar.

I hope this auto-scrolling description thing doesn't become standard on TheFuMP. For starters, I don't like HTML dictating how I should read. And worse, it makes my eyes go all "Jack Elam" on me.

Thanks to thee, oh FuMP lords, for fixing the HTML in the description.

So this is a second Hobo Bob Remix different from the one you released last year? Hmmm... :)
