Ah, the female songwriter. An impressive legacy of the exploration of the power, depth and subtlety of an emotional heart. From Carol King to Joni Mitchell to Alanis Morissette to Tori Amos to ... Taylor Swift? WTF???
This is a jab at Swift's yada-yada-yada style of lyric writing, and sound-alike songs.
From Wikipedia: "Giving it three-and-a-half stars out of five, Bobby Peacock of Roughstock thought that the song was similar in sound to her previous works ...duh, but added that it fit well into 'her own musical niche'." Her own musical niche being her repertoire of similar-sounding works.

@weirdojace~ I like Taylor Swift's songs as well(I have all her CDs on my comp) but that does NOT mean I cant still enjoy a parody because I've noticed her stuff sounding kinda the same as well but I still like her music. I thought she was a bit older than 20 thou; maybe some of her song make her sound a bit older
batlrar - Nov 11, 2010
@nick007 You thought she was older than 20 thousand? I've never heard any of her songs, but if this parody sounds anything like her, I'd say you're a bit off.

Well put, Jesse. And bless her little heart, but Taylor Swift is boring. I'll be far more interested in her after she shaves her head, has a wardrobe malfunction, and does a couple of stints in rehab.
