Boy do I know the feeling of this song. Even worse, I live close enough to them that sometimes I have to go over to my parents house if fixing it over the phone does not work.

This song brings back memories... Actually, Dad never would usually try to fix his problems on his own. Mom, on the other hand.... She shouldn't be allowed to shut her computer off, cause she needs to be retrained every time she turns it on.

This song came up on my playlist while I was giving tech support to Dad. He was actually concerned that his computer was running slow! I couldn't talk for an hour.
