Due to real life, I was unable to get either of the two new songs I was considering posting in this slot done. So I hope all you faithful FuMP fans will forgive me for featuring this fun fabrication of a funny five favorite, "I Love You TiVo" the alliteration mix. I mean, the acapella mix. By the way, the same real life stuff has kept me away from my TiVo for over two excruciating weeks. I hope my TiVo will understand, and not delete the Robot Chicken Star Wars special which I still haven't seen yet. Well of course it was Carrie Dahlby who directed me in my vocalizations on this track! Duh! And lest we forget Jared Ringold who mixed it, a man whom I'm pretty sure has at least one TiVo in every room of his house.

This is neat!
LoonieBin - Jul 9, 2007
Is this just the original with the music removed or are some vocal tracks added?
lukeski - Jul 9, 2007
LoonieBin, yes, this is the original with the music and sound effects removed.

Luke, I LOVED this! I didn't know it was old cuz I only own one of your discs (gimme the discount at the Con in November... shh! Just between us)
Ne'ertheless, thou art forgiven due to the beautiful falsetto which had my car almost exiting the road via laughter-induced driver breakdown!
Thanks for the right-on, doo-wop'ing DVR dementia!

The a-capella sound isn't bad, but I'd like to hear the original with the music and sound effects... for comparison, of course.

Who needs a-capella when Barbershop works just as well- huzzah! This little tune reminded me of Billy Joel's "For the Longest Time", except instead of it being about some gal this was about something important- TiVo! Keep on rockin!!

You pretty much nailed it! Glad I could help with the vocal arrangement and coaching.
