Smallville is Superman when he was a boy, discovering his powers. No costumes in it. To answer your question, I don't think they have introduced Dr Psycho, the mind-controlling midget, to Smallville yet. Since he wears a business suit as his "costume" he actually would fit into the series.

Hah, that was a joke. David Tanny was referencing one of his own works "Watch The Frog." As to this song, I thought that it was quite good!
