Kate Hart has been a musician since 2015 and a nerd her whole life. The first song she ever wrote was a chipper tune about antarctic explorer Ernest Shackleton. Her first album, 'Icebreaker', published in 2015, featured a love song about R2-D2. But things really got rolling in 2018, when she committed to writing a song every week for a year. That effort produced lots of funny songs on nerdy topics: the apocalypse, Petunia Dursley, aliens, robot vacuums, chemistry, the MIT Mystery Hunt , werewolves, zombies, vampires, sirens, Firefly and the horrors of women's fashion, the best of which are assembled in her second album, titled '2018'. With clever lyrics and heartfelt songs, she's entertaining audiences all over Cleveland and the wide, wide internet.
