There is one thing that every good super hero needs. It's not the ability to fly, or x-ray vision, or super speed, or a secret identity. It's a garish, form fitting, brightly colored costume that makes him look ridiculous and is completely impractical for fighting crime. You may think Batman looks cool, but the fact that he can't turn his head would make it difficult for him to cross a road, let alone win a fight.
This is a song about the various costumes that super heroes wear, and what happens when one unlucky individual discovers his "power."
This is a parody of "All of the Lights" by Kanye West featuring Rihanna. Big thank you to Ben Stahl for the music, Chris Mezzolesta and Carrie Dahlby for the awesome singing, and Steve Goodie for the mixing and mastering.

Love this, and I'm mad I didn't think of it first, as I was trying to come up with a parody of this song for months...well done!

I've uploaded Devo's premiere of the song at Deep South Con this past weekend to YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0HxFiIpaTJk.

It was great to hear the premier of this song at Deep South Con, and fantastic to hear the studio version here. And some of us like the spandex costumes.

Devo Spice, now known by the moniker "Lacto' Nice" to me. I watched the Deep South Con video and, well you 'milked" it pretty well.
Carrie Dahlby - Jun 21, 2012
Ironic that you got a milky mama to sing in this song... ;)

This was the first song played on this week's Dr Demento show. Congratulations.

This is awesome! I loved the Milk Man bit - I'm still wiping away the tears, although it has created a very disturbing image in my mind.
