This started out as a keyboard riff from Joe "J2" Jakubowski of Dictionary Attack and I built a song out of it. After finishing the music and still not knowing what the song should be about, my friend Sarah Starr suggested "beagles. or bagels". I switched the order because nothing rhymes with bagel.

It's really too bad you missed a great bagel / Fraggle rhyme! Then again, the "Fawful" reference might just make up for that! Overall, really good song!

i'm wondering what sort of wacky accent is leading some of you to pronounce "fraggle" and "haggle" to rhyme with "bagel"

A very slight Wisconsinite accent. It's been pointed out before, actually that the words "bag" and "bagel" and the like are the only words that sound off!

I believe haggle rhymes with bagel, as well as finagle. Just thought I'd mention those off the top of my head.
