Having parodied this song myself, I have to say this is well done. You play guitar very well. I think you overdid it on the autotuning, though. Oh, and oddaustin, he was right to cut the solo short. Long instrumental parts do nothing good for a parody. You either put something in it, like a conversation, silly sound effects, or the like, or you cut it short. Well done, Ricci!

Damn, Bob. You are doing incredible work lately.

Man! We've gotten some really great songs from you lately.
weirdojace - Apr 3, 2009
This is one of your best parodies. You really nailed it.

Okay, I'm a little slow. I just realized that Bob did all guitars, making this song that much more amazing. But I can't help but wonder why there's no Joe Alba on this track..
weirdojace - Apr 5, 2009
Because things get done faster when Bob does the guitars.

I love this. And in some cases can relate to it. But that's all I'm going to say about that.

Way to parody!!! You win!

Great stuff, Bob, but you forgot "Charmed" and "Desperate Housewives". Should you make a version of this song by talking about "girl" movies, how 'bout "The Devil Wears Prada" and "Music and Lyrics"? I guess with this comment I've given out more info on myself then necessary, huh? Oh well, keep up the awesome work, Bob!

Clever lyrics and great track!

Spot-on vocal mimicry and a clever song to boot -- nice job, Bob! Does it make me less of a man that I used to watch a lot of Lifetime and Oxygen before I met my wife? It was my last hope of finding a woman who would have me. I figured maybe if I watched the same cable channels that women did, maybe having some common ground and "insight" into what women like to watch might somehow make me attractive to one of them. (Pathetic, isn't it?) And to djseamus: "Charmed" has too much T&A factor to be exclusively a chick show. Darn those hot witches and their hotness for sucking me into watching that show.

Ah, I saw this on your MySpace page earlier this week. Great parody! The music is awesome as usual, the vocals are good, and the subject is quite funny. I see however that you cut a lot of the solo for some reason. Either way great tune!
