Last month Tim Crist, aka Shoebox of Worm Quartet, posted the following to my wall on Facebook.
Your name is now Dinky McDiddlyboots. I apologize for any inconvenience.
What followed was a brief discussion about the possibilities of rhymes for my new name and what could be done in a song. Fast forward a month and I decided to write a song about my new moniker and surprise Shoebox by performing it in front of him live at Con on the Cob last weekend.
Video of this event will be featured on the upcoming FuMP Volume 53 CD.

Thank God all the nicknames I ever had I could pronounce and they were either monosyllabic or had two syllables. Pretty amusing response to a silly situation from a "friend".

This is great. Wish I had thought of doing this when ShoEboX named me Plarkle McShloppenberry, The Diarrhea Princess. Though it probably wouldn't have been nearly as well-performed...or scanned as well.
Speaking of which, does this override the time in June when ShoEboX named you "Little Billy Horseypants"?

mad rhymes!! skilllllllz! you know you could make this a non-inside joke quite easily by just making it some guy at work or a buddy giving you this moniker, as opposed to specifically Shoebox.
