Of Power Salad's new song: It's the greatest song to come from its creators. Well done, gents! ^_^

Every once in a while when I spot an error like that in public, a person asks me if I'm some sort of expert on the English language. I smile and reply, yes.

mrwompy - Jul 28, 2009

Great song ... and you have definitely addressed one of my pet peeves!

PowerSalad - Jul 28, 2009

I get annoyed by many non dementia entries I see on Facebook. They're ignorant towards their grammar. I should point out this song and tell them to go there.

maxgoof - Jul 28, 2009

Yay! You wrote a song about me! Its about time! Whoops, I mean...

lukeski - Jul 28, 2009

It's a grammatically correct hit at the FuMP! Power Salad will surely take its song to the top of the demented charts!

Alchav - Jul 29, 2009

Its a pretty neat song.

Demetrius - Jul 30, 2009

Thank you! This annoys me more than people who are always using the word "infer" when they obviously mean "imply".

minkwheel - Jul 31, 2009

I wanted too congratulate you on you're wonderful song!! Put those bad spellars next two THE TABLE NEAR THE BAND!--if you knows what I'm INFERRING too. --minkwheel

djseamus - Aug 2, 2009

And how about people who say "yeah please", instead of "yes please"....that makes me steamed. It's a good song that Power Salad has posted here. A good song that Power Salad has posted here it is.

stephkaye - Aug 6, 2009

Post more grammar songs, I'll buy them all! I'm a high-school teacher, and I'll try ANYTHING to get my kids to spell correctly!

ProjectSisyphus - Aug 6, 2009

HIlarious song guys, I'm reminded of Dave Barry's explanation of the your/you're conundrum: "You're" is a contraction, which is a word uttered during childbirth, as in "hang on Marlene, here comes you're baby!"

shoebox - Aug 11, 2009

This is flippin' awesome. Nicely done, Salad!

voiceroy - Sep 12, 2009

@spaff: There is no "e" in grammar. ;^) As a self-appointed officer of The Grammar Police ("to serve and correct"), I find this song refreshingly funny. It's like a Schoolhouse Rock song for the grammatically-impaired.
