Have you ever noticed how it is always men who call a kilt a skirt? If they only knew! That's okay. It is my pleasure to wear a kilt. This title song from my upcoming Celtic Comedy CD tells why. Find other St. Patrick's Day music at www.marcgunn.com

I have a friend who plays in a pipe band, and he told me a young woman once asked him if she could look under his kilt, and he said this in reply: "Well that depends, how warm are your hands"? Your new song seems to be leaning in more of a Scottish direction than an Irish one, but still and all, it's a great song to come out on St. Paddy's week. It also makes a great partner to Bryan Bower's classic song "The Scotsman's Kilt", as heard on the Dr. Demento Show. May the luck o' the kilt be with ye, Marc, (and me too)! Happy St. Patrick's Day and Birthday.

I'd wear a kilt if I had one. I'm proud of my Scottish heritage!
