Whenever I hear "omelette du fromage," I think of that Steve Martin bit: "It's like those French have a different word for EVERYTHING."
One of my favorite French expressions is "c'est chouette." I have a great name for a gym or spa: Chez Sweat.
(If anyone uses that, I demand royalties.)
