Awesome! I heard you do this at Dragon*Con, and I couldn't breath at points I was laughing so hard. Great to hear it again!

LoonieBin - Oct 5, 2007

Funny. Just a tip: puns are way funnier when you don't explain them, or put strong emphasis on them. If you get a subtle pun, it's hilarious. If you miss it, it's your fault.

lukeski - Oct 5, 2007

You know what else is funny? Telling a really bad cheesy punny groaner joke on purpose, and then acting like it's the most brilliant joke ever, and then realizing that you're wrong and no one is laughing at it, and then begging the audience desperately to still find you entertaining despite your cheesy bad humor, and collapsing on the stage in a pathetic heap of whining failure for all the world to see... Just be sure to do it in an gratuitously obvious enough away so that you don't have to explain it to anyone afterwards who still doesn't get it.

Geez, I need to watch more Star Trek. I got a few of these jokes. This was quite clever, I'm sure.

djseamus - Oct 6, 2007

I used to be a Trekkie, now I'm a folkie.....your routine here definately brought back some memories, Luke....not sure what kind of memories those are, but they're memories alright. Great job.

rick cormier - Oct 10, 2007

This proves it! The pun is mightier than the bat'leth.

Molakwae - Oct 19, 2007
