Epic. Awesome take on a Tom Lehrer classic. Where can we get some of that pure uncut Pinkertonium?

You forgot Unobtanium and Wonderflownium. And you call this a complete list of elements!!

Dr. Milo T. Pinkerton III - Nov 1, 2023

Idiots! I never keep useless elements cluttering MY laboratory... Wonderflonium, as you know, is only useful for creating Freeze Rays, and was all purchased from me by Bad Horse, back in 2009. And Unobtanium is chiefly used for FTL travel, which I am also quite disinterested in, and was sold off to James Cameron in 2005 and 2021. How else do you think my own research is so well funded?! As for the Pinkertonium, it is MINE. All of it! So no, you can't have any, but I shall be giving individual molecules of it out as gifts to people who do not cross me, this COG-mas.

The folksinger Marian Call has a great version with all of the other elements, like isogen, necrogen, mithril, and vibranium... https://mariancall.bandcamp.com/track/the-elements-expanded

Folk music and Magic elements are VERBOTEN in my lab! I shall naturally neutralize the magic and associated fictitious elements with my anti-magic field generator, while the crappy folk music will be blotted out with a SONIC BEAM of HEAVY METAL!!!

scifantasy - Nov 2, 2023

I respect the opposition to fictional elements, but I feel like the COG is unscientifically limiting itself by not considering the effects of folk metal. (The genre, I mean.)

Dr. Milo T. Pinkerton III - Nov 3, 2023

I have researched the effects of "folk metal" and concluded that they are largely confined to raising goats, rolling cheese wheels, and yodeling in unpronounceable, unscientific languages. NONE OF THIS IS CONDUCIVE TO WORLD CONQUEST!!!

Not Bad ! I couldn't do it so I have to give you credit
