Watching an umpteenth rerun of X2, I started thinking about Wolverine's hair. Does he spend a lot of time in the bathroom getting it "just so"? What does it look like when he wakes up? How about if he gets caught in the rain? Does he towel off and then try to brush his wings back? Then I thought about some poor so-and-so standing in front of a mirror trying to get HIS hair to do that. What's HIS story? And here it is.

Good stuff. Nicely done sir. Now if I had me some swell hair, acceptable looks, a new semi-attractive body and all them other things you sang about, well then I'd be ready to be the body double in the fight scenes.

This is what I just wrote on the Request a Song for the Dr Demento show Right now I am listening to Jesse Smith's "The Next Wolverine" Could you please play it. This is the best song I have heard in ages and reminds me of some of the classic Dr Demento songs you played back in the day.
