Moneyshot Cosmonauts Hookin' for Drugs (In All the Wrong Places)
With Valentine's Day just around the corner, here's a love song for y'all.

It's a parody, as you've already deduced, of "Lookin' for Love," a big ol' hit for Johnny Lee [and, later, Buckwheat].

After witnessing Seamonkey and Seamonkette's career-defining 2007 concert at the Holiday Inn in Akron, Ohio, Spaff wrote this biographical sketch for the pair. After only two years of begging, they gave in and recorded it.

Incidentally, the drummer for Seamonkey's side project, The Boobles, used to play for Johnny Lee. Seriously. It's almost like that British guy who accidentally married his own twin sister.

M. Spaff Sumsion: Concept and lyrics
Bob Emmet: All instruments and music mixing
Seamonkette: Vocals
Seamonkey: Vocals and final mixing

Choose the 128k download [the 3:12 "single edit version"] or the 192k download [the 3:47 "album version"] for however YOU take your aural drugs!

This song is now available on the following CDs:

Once again, YES! Great lyrics, Spaff... and great singing, Monkey and Monkette. Red-light/blue-light... priest/sales increased... just spectacular!

Thanks cyberwraith! How pleased I was to see this song, the scourge of a decade, get roped and branded by Spaff & the Seamonkeys. Fantastic job, all.

The day the Cosmonauts make a song that is not funny and full of awesome production is the day I die.

I'm going to take out a life insurance policy on voiceroy. Yo know, just in case.
